Revived Body now provides Home-Kits of Vitamin shots for you to self-administer right at your comfort zone. You can either buy directly from our office (Appointment required) or order online (pickup or shipping options available).

At checkout, you will not be required to make a payment until the WAIVER is filled out and approved.
